Cancellation & Rescheduling

•Rescheduling is free once, if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.
•Cancellation more than 24 hours before the appointment: full refund of Rs. 5,000 to the same bank account, within 3–5 working days.
•Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, or not showing up: the fee is non-refundable, but the client may rebook once within 7 days and the paid fee will be adjusted toward the new appointment.
•If the firm needs to cancel or reschedule: the client may choose a full refund or a free reschedule.
•All refunds go back to the same bank account the payment came from.
